Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in every cut and trim, but if you’re not happy with your service, we’d love to hear from you! Let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Returns & Refunds for Products
If you’ve purchased a product and had a change of heart, here’s what you need to know:
✔ Return Window: Unused, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
✔ Condition: Products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
✔ Hygiene Products: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used grooming products (e.g., hair gels, beard oils, razors).
✔ Faulty or Damaged Items: If you’ve received a faulty or damaged product, let us know as soon as possible so we can sort out a replacement or refund.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- They can only be used for services and products at BJJ Barber Shop.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, so keep them safe!
How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return a product, just follow these steps:
1️⃣ Email us at [email protected] with your name, receipt, and reason for return.
2️⃣ Drop it back in-store at 51 Sandgate Road, Albion, QLD, 4010 or post it to us (return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty).
3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
