- Our Services & Products
At BJJ Barber Shop, we offer professional haircuts, beard trims, and top-tier grooming services. We also stock a range of quality grooming products, available in-store and online. - Booking, Walk-ins & Cancellations
Appointments: You can book online, via phone, or in person.
Walk-ins: We love walk-ins! While we’ll always do our best to fit you in, we recommend booking to secure your preferred time and avoid waiting.
Rescheduling/Cancellations: Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 3 hours’ notice. This helps us manage our schedule and fit in other clients.
No-Show & Late Cancellations: If you cancel too late or don’t show up, we may need to charge a cancellation fee, which will be added to your next visit. - Pricing, Payments & Surcharges
All prices are in AUD and may change without notice.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Surcharge Alert! A small surcharge applies for barbering services on Sundays and public holidays. This is automatically added at checkout (but don’t worry—it doesn’t apply to product purchases).
If payment isn’t made at the time of service, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings. - Refunds & Returns
Services: Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not happy with your cut or service, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to fix it.
Products: Changed your mind? Unused, unopened products can be returned within 14 days with a receipt. Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or used products. - Looking After You – Liability & Safety
We take pride in our work, but we can’t be responsible for any allergic reactions, dissatisfaction, or injuries resulting from our services or products.
